Subscription plans: All sales final after a successful charge.

Every subscription plan (Solo Trader, Pro Monthly, Pro Annual) starts with a 7-day free trial. You enter a payment method at signup, but no charge is made until day 8. That gives you a full week of complete access to evaluate whether the platform fits your workflow — no restrictions, no demo-mode limitations, every feature available.

If the product isn’t right for you, cancel before day 8 and you will not be charged. Cancellation takes seconds from your account dashboard or by emailing support.

Because every subscription customer has a full week to evaluate the product at zero cost, we do not offer refunds on subscriptions after a successful charge.

Lifetime License — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Lifetime purchases are different. They charge $997 immediately, with no built-in trial. To make sure you can buy with confidence, every Lifetime License comes with a 7-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.

If Edge Matrix isn’t the right fit within 7 days of your Lifetime purchase, email [email protected] and we’ll issue a full refund within 2 business days. No forms, no justification required.

Limits on the Lifetime guarantee:

– One refund per customer per account
– After 7 days, the Lifetime License is non-refundable
– We reserve the right to decline refund requests where account activity indicates clear abuse (for example, bulk export of reports or heavy backtest extraction immediately followed by a refund request). In practice we expect to rarely invoke this, and we will always explain the reason if we do

This is the same standard that NinjaTrader, AmiBroker, and most professional trading software vendors apply to their lifetime licenses.

The Only Exceptions for Subscriptions

Refunds on subscription plans are issued only in these specific cases:

– Duplicate charges caused by a technical error on our side
– Billing errors where the charged amount does not match the published price of the plan purchased
– Extended service outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours due to faults on our infrastructure (excluding scheduled maintenance and third-party outages outside our control)

To request a refund under one of these exceptions, email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge with your order ID and a description of the issue.

Not Eligible for Refund

– Change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or decision to stop trading (subscriptions only — Lifetime is covered by the 7-day guarantee above)
– Forgetting to cancel before the trial ends
– Not using the product during your subscription period
– Hardware, software, or internet issues on your end
– Monthly or annual renewals after the initial trial period — you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but the current billing period is non-refundable
– Lifetime licenses after 7 days from purchase

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until that date; no partial refunds are issued for unused time within the current period.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting support will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account and access to the platform. We strongly prefer to resolve any billing issue directly — email us first. We respond to support requests within 2 business days.

License Revocation

If a refund is issued under any of the cases above, your license to use Edge Matrix is immediately revoked. You agree to stop using the platform. Continued use after a refund constitutes unauthorized use.

EU and UK Consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer protection law. By starting your subscription and accessing the Service, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that, under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you may lose your right of withdrawal once the digital service has been performed. The 7-day free trial described above gives you the opportunity to evaluate the Service before any charge is made. The 7-day Lifetime money-back guarantee independently honors this right for one-time Lifetime purchases.
